Our Process

5. Publication & Maintenance — Articles include a "last updated" date and are re-reviewed at least annually, or whenever underlying facts change.

Fact-Checking & Verification

Every claim involving numbers, percentages, regulations, or health guidance is verified against at least one of the following:

• Government agencies (FDA, CDC, NIH, USDA)
• Peer-reviewed journals and authoritative industry publications
• Primary sources (original filings, public records, official statistics)

If a claim cannot be verified to this standard, it is either removed or clearly labeled as an opinion or estimate.
